Welcome to the blog! This is Black Girl Wanderer.

Hey! I'm Brianna, a 28 year old Black woman born of two Jamaican immigrants. I currently reside in the state of Florida and travel is one of my great loves. I owe a large part of the inner wanderer in me to my parents, who also share a big big love for seeing new places and trying new things.

So far, I've visited over 18 countries, and my wish is to visit as many as possible before my time on Earth is up. As I'm learning and growing, travel has always been something of a necessity. It is both what calms me and fills me with a sense of adventure; and has most definitely changed my outlook on life and people. 

Why did I create this blog? I believe that everyone should get the chance to experience the world around them, and I hope that by sharing what I've learned throughout my travels you'll be inspired to see what all it can offer you too.
